Lizzo changed the lyrics and re-released her new song.
Original lyrics: “Hold my bag, bitch, hold my bag / Do you see this shit? I’m a spaz”
Updated lyrics: “Hold my bag, bitch, hold my bag / Do you see this shit? Hold me back.”
Why? Because Lizzo has learnt, through social media outcries since the original release of her song, that the word "spaz" is considered an offensive/derogatory slur against people with disability (e.g., people with spastic diplegia, a form of cerebral palsy).
I have no problem with Lizzo changing her lyrics and re-releasing her new song. Reading this stuff I have also learnt a new word: "ableist," as in people who discriminate against people with disabilities.
You may notice that the words "bitch" and "shit," though used to be considered offensive in days past (heck, may still be considered offensive by quite a few today), stay.

Thanks for letting us know about this Ax. Lizzo made a mistake I never thought she would make. Of all people, I did not suspect her of ableist tendencies. But it goes to show that you never truly know anybody. I’m glad she did the right thing here, by changing the lyrics. I do forgive her. But forget? I doubt I ever will. I am deeply disappointed in her.

That incident can only be classified as her being white-adjacent.
Given that some trans folx are disabled, her remarks were also deeply transphobic.

People think we're making progress, but this sort of stuff is proof that we are not. Sad.
