Sad sign of the times

I saw on NextDoor a post by an outraged person who'd seen a car ahead of them throw a food wrapper out the door. This person took a picture of the wrapper, and of the car, including license plate, and posted them to NextDoor along with her diatribe about how society is going downhill. The first 20 responses to her post were supportive and empathetic with her outrage. Finally some lone voice in the wilderness called the poster out for her overreaction and unnecessarily public shaming. That was nice to see.
