Draft/sign a bunch of “athletes” (but not great football players) with the notion that Haslett and company will “coach them up”.
Have whatever Running Back they draft/sign gain 10-15 lb. in order to be able to take the pounding a pro RB does. This will destroy their speed and agility.
Once again they will ignore the old pro football unwritten rule - “You don’t lose your starting job due to injury”. An injured former starter will only be allowed to take snaps with backups. The new healthy starter will only take snaps with the first unit.
