I assume a family member plans to take him in if the time comes? I suppose bird owners have to make those plans.

Klaus you had a right not to be terrified by an animal in someone else's home. Please contact a personal injury lawyer who specializes in PTSD. You do not have to go through this alone, or uncompensated.
