Five bottles would last me the rest of my life. Especially since alcohol plays an ever-decreasing role in my life.

It feels like bourbon drinkers are a lot easier (and cheaper) to please than brandy and Scotch drinkers.

I've had to stop drinking Scotch. It just costs too much.

Me and the boy are getting some gin at the weekend....

        I was only joking

Lucky for me, I don't need Scotch, Bourbon is just fine.

Or it could be that the U.S. is the bourbon capitol of the world and we produce enough that it lowers the cost, domestically.

It feels like Scotch costs more in the UK, too. I've tried drinking bourbon (it's a dirty job, but somebody had to do it), but it doesn't seem to hit the spot for me in the same way.

Bourbon is too sweet. I like the spice of rye…

As long as there's plenty of Diet Coke and fresh brewed unsweet tea I'm fine.
