      Personally, I think she may be the least intelligent Justice we have. And diabetes is not kind to the blood vessels.

            “Protect individual rights” by letting states put individuals to death without allowing those individuals adequate legal representation? That’s a very contrived argument to make.

                I don't know enough about this matter to agree or disagree; but if y'all are all over Sotomayor for acting on her feelings, then why aren't you doing the same toward Thomas for doing the same thing? (He said, "Federal courts, years later, lack the competence and authority to relitigate a State’s criminal case." Pretty sweeping!)
