Great that she can still get around.

        Great indeed.

I wonder if she can still do the Tarzan yell. That was my favorite part of the show.

I’ve since seen how funny the Tim Conway segments were, but at the time I was so young I mostly remember my Dad cracking up at them.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

          Conway, Korman, Lawrence.

Hell, Brooks, and all those people.

Comedy like that doesn't exist any more.

Just looking at the wiki entry on the show.

Dick Van Dyke is still alive.

He’s actually top of the watch list. Yes it’s tacky. Judge me not.

                  @Jolly fantastic talent.

She captures the genius of Sondheim and Bernstein so well.

                  She was a treasure.

I'm too lazy too look up more videos of her singing with Julie Andrews (who's another treasure).

ETA: I've always been amazed at the ability of people to sing "in harmony" without even thinking about it. The last few minutes of that clip show it, and iirc, Burnett was wonderful at that.

My NOLA jazz singer commented that "It's just something you just get."

                  I never got it.

When D3 was christened, her Godfather sang harmony with all the Lutheran hymns. I was flabbergasted.

I have a friend from Danville Illinois, which is the hometown of Dick Van Dyke. My friends daughter was in the high school musical (same high school that Dick Van Dyke went to) and they were doing a play that Dick Van Dyke did as one of his first "star" parts on Broadway. The high school wrote to him, mentioning this and saying he was welcome to come see the show. From what I heard, he not only came to the show, but came early, rehearsed with the students and performed a song or two with them during the show.

(BTW - his TV show is quite funny)
