Yes, it really takes a full weekend to fully celebrate Mothers Day. We started today by designing and shopping for stone to make a bubbler fountain to place in a flower bed at the front of the porch near my porch chair. We already had stone to make the base, and needed two matching slabs for a double-tier bubbler and dripper fountain. It should be popular with the hummers. 🙂

Tomorrow, we begin the build. We need to clear part of the flower bed, dig a hole for the recirculation pump and its enclosure, and install a water barrier with stone. It's going to be a lot of digging in a small area, and I will try to save the plants emerging from the space we dig. I am loving this Mothers Day!

@Mik Happy Mothers Day to your lovely bride. She gave you an amazing kiddo, and a wonderful life. I've not met her, but I know she's wonderful.

@jon-nyc wins post of the week with that one.

Actually the OB units where I worked use to have something pretty similar to that hanging on the wall at the nursing station.

              Looked sort of like this:

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
