We'll wait to April for the second part. We've not watched Season 4, Part 1 to avoid the feeling of being teased.

Watched the first episode of this.

      Not sure, yet.

Production values very, VERY, glitzy. Reminds me of prime-time TV in a bad way. But, based on a true story.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Sorokin

Garner doing a German (which I thought was British) accent? Nope. Nope. Nope.

Anna Sorokin (Russian: Анна Сорокина; born January 23, 1991) is a Russian-German convicted con artist and fraudster. Between 2013 and 2017, Sorokin pretended to be a wealthy German heiress under the name Anna Delvey. In 2017, she was arrested after defrauding or intentionally deceiving major financial institutions, banks, hotels, and acquaintances in the United States for a total of $275,000. In 2019, Sorokin was convicted in New York state court of attempted grand larceny, larceny in the second degree, and theft of services, and was sentenced to 4 to 12 years in prison. Netflix purchased the rights to a production relating to Sorokin and developed a television adaptation of her story entitled Inventing Anna, which was released in 2022.

As disturbing as the finale was, and up to half an hour into the finale, I had NO idea where it was going, it was a satisfying conclusion.

                  I always wondered about Jonah.

And to see him come full-circle and embrace the life that Wendy and Mary have chosen makes sense.

RIP Ruth. Loved the character and how she grew. Also, at first I thought all the "roof" flashbacks were kind of hackneyed. But seeing the denouement of the character, it was fitting to throw all that stuff in. Her rage at the end of the first half of the final season should earn her (another) Emmy.

                  Yeah, and what of Charlotte?

                  Portillo's?

Jonah had no friends, and in an earlier season showed psychopathic tendencies.

Charlotte never seemed involved in the business other than hauling cash and running errands.

The whole FBI premise was the biggest plot hole ever written, and without it a lot of the story goes away.

I have to agree. The whole Maya storyline seemed contrived, and the introduction of new characters made it more ridiculous.

Just finished the season. Like George, I had very little idea how they would wrap it up. Not bad, but it suffered from the same malady a lot of stories have where the arc is not predefined. They are not sure what to do with it. So many characters left hanging or wasted, like Wendy’s dad.
