I am not surprised and I agree with a lot of the article. I have always said that China's time "in the sun" will be relatively short.
I have a f riend that works for a US tech company. As part of selling in China, they have to take on a Chinese partner. They always sell technology that is at least one generation old as they know the Chinese will steal their technology and start promoting it as their own.
