And THAT is in the top 5 list of reasons why I moved to an area that has as many schools as it does stoplights.
My landlady in Oz had a rule: she would never, ever, for any reason, park her car in a parking deck. I thought it was arbitrary at the time but now I see the wisdom. I've adopted the rule but amended it to include paid parking of any kind.
