This is a video of a brain aneurysm clipping. Watch if you're interested in seeing how it's done (and it takes a LOT longer than 4 minutes).
But also note that at least half the people in the OR are not wearing masks - the anesthetist, at least two nurses, and assorted ancillary personnel.
