Only one way to find out. Apparently, it does not go 'bad' like molding or anything, but it can oxidize in the bag. Make a pot. Report back.

Your nose will tell you everything you need to know.

I’m thinking it will likely just not be very flavorful, which being the brand it is doesn’t say much…

My experience would be just that...

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

I have no idea whether it will be any good. That's why I want you to make some, drink it, and report back to us.

            Hey, science ...

I would not even try it. Bin it.

I would toss it once I saw the brand regardless of the expiration date.

Not quite true, if it weren’t expired I would drop it at the food bank

                Only non-witches get due process.

Wouldn’t coffee just lose its taste and become unpleasantly bitter but otherwise quite harmless?

Pretty much like coffee in every operating room I worked in.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

That’s what I’m banking on. I figure this will work as a trial run for the post apocalyptic wasteland…

                        ZomDef in place, I trust.

That has been my experience ad well, but not in operating rooms.

Even if not edible, should still make passable fertilizer, no?
