I watched it at 2 AM today. It's how Second City grew from the early days of Hull House to becoming what it's become today. It's on our local PBS channel:

It's all about "games" that she had people play. First, kids at Hull House, then actors.

That is a real skill to be good at that and be funny. Have to think very quickly about it.
There is a funny show based on improv called "Whose Line is it?" It is both a UK show and a US show.
