    Lol

    They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.

        What? You afraid that the newly discovered creatures will pass some new pathogen on to you?

        Just wear a mask and remember to wash your hands after you touched the creatures and you'll be fine. Alright?

          It would be so cool if some new animal would show up that challenges the status of humans as the dominant species on Earth.

            @Klaus Isn't that what SARS-COV2 is doing?

              No. First of all, a virus isn't a living being. Also, in the big picture and long run, the influence of that virus on humans is minimal. In 10 years, we'll remember it as a curiosity. In 100 years, it's forgotten.

              I was thinking more along the line of Kaijus threatening our existence!

                    We should be so lucky. The Cylons would just vaporize us and be done with it. Vogons would paperwork us until we all committed suicide.

                      The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
