Are you sure about that? I thought there are still a bunch of Afghan translators who worked with the US armed forces that we still have not let in.

Talks about Ukrainian and Russian anti-Putin dissidents at the U.S.-Mexico border. The gist of it seems to be that Ukrainian and Russian asylum seekers have historically been let in more easily than others (e.g., Latin America asylum seekers), but as a reaction to the latest Russian invasion of Ukraine, we are now making it even easier for the Ukrainians but not for the Russians.
