Baked spuds in the air fryer, some steamed green beans.

Looks great. Does Prime make a big difference for a roast?

Today I had my first authentic NY pizza. I got it from Goldbelly, shipped from a place in Albany called Paesan's. It was really good, especially the crust. Somehow they are able to ship 5 10" pies at $16 each overnight with free shipping and no tax added. Better deal than ordering from a local place.

Horace, in this case, no. Tri tip is a very lean cut with little marbling so I don't think I would pay extra for the prime again. But it was a tasty dinner.

I need a good meat slicer. Tri tip makes the best sandwiches. Sadly, I don't need it often enough to justify the expense and have no place in the kitchen to keep it.
