There’s a specific nucleocaspid test that will detect adaptive immunity but not vaccine generated. But your doctor would have to explicitly request it.

The CVS test separates between natural antibodies and those generated by the vaccines. Can just walk right in to a Minute Clinic to get it done.

Not exactly an identical test, but it'll tell you if you've been infected within the past month or so.
