        The Russians have a long history of uniformed soldiers with no national insignia, going back to at least 2014 in Crimea.

          I wish to make an official statement that all of the soldiers that Russia has sent to Ukraine to overthrow the sovereign nation of Ukraine will be considered war criminals in accordance with international law.

          We have the freedom to choose our actions, but we do not get to choose our consequences.
          Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run, there's still time to change the road you're on.
