Transporting weapons

With all the talk of other European nations, and the US sending support to Ukraine (Stingers, Javelins, even helmets), I was wondering how difficult it is to get this materiel into the country.

I have to assume that the border is pretty porous this early into the invasion, and the Russians really have no way to prevent it.

But, if things go worse for the Ukrainians, will this supply dry up?
