    Considering the writer, here is a person that never understood Trump, yet does understand some of the shift in politics.

    “Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

    Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

      It’s a good piece, though literally nobody anywhere had two years of lockdowns. In NY we had 6 weeks.

      Only non-witches get due process.

        @jon-nyc

        I agree it is a good piece. He hits the nail squarely on the head regarding Trudeau as a champion of identity politics. That has been his brand throughout his tenure in office. This time to his lasting detriment as leader of the Liberal Party. His leadership was already in question - after losing his majority in 2019 and being forced into a minority then repeating it again without any seat gains in an extremely unpopular and unnecessary election last September. I suspect that sooner rather than later, he will either announce he is stepping down or the Liberal Party machine will do it for him in order to bring the party back towards its more traditional and centrist base.

        Elbows up!
