Who would be a B artist without the E Street Band.
I knew of him before E Street but I can’t remember the band’s name.
Yes, I knew of him as well --- certainly gifted. I think he's being loyal to Young as he played with Crazy Horse (After the Gold Rush/ Southern Man). I shouldn't trash talk him of course -- even a B artist is amazing, just not anyone most people know about.

when i look at who uses spotify by numbers...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_most-streamed_artists_on_Spotify#By_decade
i realize...that the masterpieces of rock music which i grew up with are all but lost to the current generations of kids.
i wonder, if 150 years from now, somewhat like Felix Mendelssohn rediscovering Bach who was also lost to memory in the 19th century, someone will wake up and understand that the baby boomer era music was truly masterful.

Is there a transcript? I fucking hate videos

"I've had heavily credentialed people on my show who say things against the narrative, but who were eventually proven correct, and I've also had people on the show who stick to the narrative. I don't mind being wrong. I'm wrong a lot. I want to know why people are sometimes wrong. I am a conversationalist foremost. I think that's my appeal."

He also talks about all the things, subsequently proven wrong, that would have gotten him banned on social media:
- Cloth Masks
- Vaccines prevent contracting COVID
- Vaccines prevent transmitting COVID
- Lab Leak is false
He says those things were discussed by the doctors he had on his podcast.
He talks about how he likes Neil Young.

Every morning, I wake up, and I think 'Well, at least things can't get any freaking worse'.
And then I come here.

Rogan endorsed Ron Paul in the 2012 U.S. presidential campaign[89] and voted for Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.[90] He endorsed Bernie Sanders during the 2020 Democratic Party presidential primaries,[84] but ended up voting for Jo Jorgensen in the general election.[91]

A little better but weird all the same. You couldn't have more diametrically opposed policy visions than Paul and Sanders.

Yup. Though he "endorsed" Bernie, he voted libertarian.
Similarly, he endorsed Ron Paul and voted for Gary Johnson.
Some endorsement.
The more cynical among us might think...nah.

The sad thing is that it seems to matter to people how somebody who is essentially a chat-show host voted.
