        Yes, 2 cities I like for a few weeks each year.

        To be honest, looking out my window in Smithfield, VA right now has the same feel, 27F wind gusts to 36 and everything is white, not normal.

                    For the full effect, you need to be there in August. Kinda like Chicago in February.

                      We did spend a week there between Thanksgiving and Christmas a few years ago. It was rather unpleasant.

                      It was cold, but at least it was damp.
