Mrs. George and I are now about 3 ½ months out from our booster for the Pfizer vaccine (October).

So, how do we go about getting #4, and should we continue with Pfizer or jump ship?

If three doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine are needed to protect against omicron, the timeline for a fourth shot could be pushed up to as early as March, Pfizer executives said.

        Thank goodness for advice!

I understand the booster (3rd dose) protection drops after 10 weeks, but doesn’t disappear entirely.

I got mine in August and still 2500+ on spike protein antibodies. I want to see how Omicron progresses before I think about another one. If it fades away, not to be followed by another variant I will hold off.

Get a semi-quantitative test from Labcorp. Labcorp will even write the script for you for $10. I would always want to know that number before deciding on timing.
