I've been tempted, but for the two of us, it's SO much meat.

I made pork chops in the IP last night, and baked spuds in the air fryer.

They were wonderful.

Instant Pot is a revelation in cooking. I love mine and am using it more. This will make quite aa bit of pulled pork, but it freezes pretty well and makes a quick dinner if you have buns and cole slaw.

Pretty tasty. Shreds fairly easily and has about the same texture as pork butt. Not much of any smoke flavor, but that is hard to get into a pork butt anyway.

@mik have you tried adding liquid smoke? Not great smoke flavor, but I think better than nothing.
