    14th Amendment.

I hope he doesn't run again. My money is on DeSantis or Haley.

Exactly what they wanted - it means whatever you want it to.

          It's all theater.

First of all, the amendment states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, ... who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress... shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

Good luck proving that, particularly in a court. You know that Teh Donald would take that to court, right?

Secondly, as Jolly said, they WANT it to look like an insurrection because that's an easy lift. Doing in the courts is much, much harder. For the nth time, how many insurrection charges have been filed against the 1/6 idiots? Theater.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

            Democrats quietly consider...

Quietly, on the msn web site.

Remember when I said that 1/6 was the democrat's #1 most important issue?

At least for the moment that is what it is.

They are so consumed with Trump hate, because it worked.

Jan 6th shouldn’t be looked at in isolation. It was the cinematic conclusion to Trump’s months-long effort to steal the election.

Careful Jon.... "Steal the Election" may well be the left's projection of their own behavior.

It took, what, 5 years and counting to finally reveal that the Russian collusion hoax was a concoction perpetrated by the left, projected upon Trump, to divert attention from the Hillary email scandal.

I dunno. I watched the MSM try to impeach Trump for four years with stories they knew to be false.

And because of past behavior, we know election fraud exists. In fact, a pretty good majority of the American people think elections are rigged. Now, explain to me why that is...

Stacy Abrams yells "the election was stolen". No problem.

Hildabeast yells "the election was stolen". No problem.

Trump says it and it's a fucking insurrection.
