The beauty of a neurologic exam always was a thing that amazed me. The exam was very structured...
You examined the cranial nerves (checking eye movements, checking sensation on the face), you checked spinal function (various reflexes), and then you checked the cognitive function ("Count backward from 100 by '7's". "Who is the president, and who was the president before him, and before HIM?" "What is today's date.")
Yeah.
As a one-of, I'd blow it off....
