        What i don't get is that it's private property. The ordinance specifies "public art" and murals in public spaces. This is not public and I'd think they'd have no jurisdiction.

        They're going to have a fun week defending this.

        By the way, they say it must be "removed." How do you do that with a mural? You can't paint it over in January either.

          The fine per day is abusive. Local government is going to get pilloried for this. Helps you understand why rural Oregon would like to be part of Idaho.
