Insurrection is not among the charges. They should be tried in Portland where most of them would either have the charges dropped or just do timed served.

WAPO always describes it as the deadly Jan 6 attack. The only person killed was one protestor.

Really? Seems to me the general consensus among historians it was from strokes caused by arteriol sclerosis.
