Right, but is it really warranted? Again, the mayor of Muncie surely saw the footage of the plane hitting the south tower and the pentagon burning. That didn’t mean Al Qaeda was going to target his town hall.

- In 2020, gun and ammo sales exploded in plenty of areas that never experienced a riot or any unrest whatsoever.
- Also, 2020 toilet paper, masks, sanitizer, bottled water, ventilators, etc., etc.
How do you calibrate the idea of "warranted"? Compared against a reasonable response, or against who Americans are?
