Varies by company. The system I work for, has rubber-stamped every religious exemption. My DIL works for one of the major dialysis companies and she'll get her walking papers January 4th...Nice way to lose a RN with 12 years in the biz. At SIL's system, they've put a moratorium on the process and are doing a wait and see.
