Because of COVID protocols, the Saints will be starting Ian Book at QB Monday night. Book is the fourth QB to start a game for the saints this year. And just to make his entrance even better for Monday Night Football, the Saints will be without their two All-Pro OT's, All-Pro LG, All-Pro safety, All-pro special teamer, eight other team members and three assistant coaches.
