      Just curious …
      How many shopping carts did that fill?
      If you used shopping bags provided by the grocery stores, roughly how many plastic and paper bags were needed to bag them all?

          Great haul for $60. Lots of plain old good food.

                @jolly said in Shopping hard.:

                2 cans pork&beans
                1 can kidney beans

                I'm kind of disappointed in that... I always imagined you as stocking sacks of dried goods like rice and beans...

                  I have several pounds of pintos, limas, split peas, kidney beans and black eyed peas. The cans were were to go with some I already had, along with chopped bacon, hb meat, pineapple and such in some cowboy beans.
