The Cookie Exchange

My wife went on a massive tear with the baking this week. Made basically a metric asston of cookies. Our neighbors are cool; the dad used to race bikes, and his kids do enduro, so we get along. My "bike shop" setup can't hold a candle to theirs. We've chatted here and there, so we delivered some cookies over to them for the holidays. Here are just a few of the type my wife made:
Well, we get home last night and one of our neighbors is at our doorstep. The mom made cookies of her own and dropped them off.
She's from Slovakia, though, so they're very different. Much lighter, less sugary, more flaky and nutty.
Also, this is neither here nor there but our other neighbor is a PG county cop, and she helped us bring all of our recycling from the move to the curb. (She got cookies, too.)
Our neighborhood is t3h awesome.
