Don't know if Bill went to WVU and I'm not real sure what part of WV he was from. Cook was from Wolf Creek and was raised on one of the mountains overlooking Alderson. He attended Pot State.

Oh yeah, Wolf Creek is WAY down there. My mom started at Pot State, graduated summa cum laude at WVU. I know the panhandles pretty well, but not so much the southwest part of the state.
