We are waiting until mid-January until the whole season is out before we visit the latest Expanse. Right now, we're Lost in Space.

I was going to guess breast cancer, with mets to adrenal, and bone (knee and skull). However, looking closer, that's not a good guess. I don't know what that would be in the suprasternal area, and the primary doesn't show up.

Cushings makes sense considering the hypertension and the cortisol level.
