Klaus had said he preferred pork steaks to other cuts, so I got some. Unless he can provide a better recipe I'm going to do this tonight on the grill, with just picked sugar snap peas. and a baked sweet potato.
Klaus! The pork shoulder steaks were excellent. I marinated them in Veri Veri Teriyaki for a few hours then sauteed it slowly for 30 minutes in the marinade, green onions and garlic.
