IOW, we'll pay you more if you implement these policies.

My wife is doing some Google training in UX design. Literally this morning I overheard one video she was watching that was entirely dedicated to propagating the idea that people of color and especially women of color are disadvantaged in the workplace every day. This stuff is everywhere and it is relentless.

The biggest disadvantage they have is that everyone is starting to believe that they can do nothing without special help.
I would be very unhappy if I thought I was unable to hold up my end without government help. That would just crush confidence and any sense of self-worth.

I'm about 5 years out of the loop where HHS and Medicare gave "bonuses" for stuff.
In my field, we had to dance through some hoops, filling out forms, to get a minimal increase in reimbursement from Medicare.
The time spent almost wasn't worth it.
