Is it a productive cough, is there stuff coming out?
Completely dry. Sounds close to productive, never is.
It might be a good conversation to have soon with the doc to find out when that decision (inhaler, suppressant, etc.) should be made. It helps you feel less stressed if you have a plan, and action is much quicker when needed.
Sparse on that for now. They won't do or prescribe a damn thing unless she consistently gets below 90. We test her on the hour, and I'm logging it, so that a doc can make sense of her history if it comes to that.

She's doing more or less okay. Honestly I'm just as much worried about those two being stuck inside as I am the damn virus. But she's doing okay.

Every time she bounces back, she seems to get better. But when she's bad, it's still down to 89-90 O2, ~102.5 fever. So, it's confusing.

Some coughing fits from the kiddo, O2 down to 92 at the lowest. I'll take it.
As for me, I was coughing up a lung all night. I tried a telemedicine appointment to get antibiotics, and I shit you not, the quack of a doctor prescribed benzos and allergy medicine.
I can get oxy to my heart's content, and for about a third of the price as chewing gum, but I have no idea how to get some basic fucking antibiotics.

And...If you live in a state that does not require a vet's prescription for antibiotics, there are some animal ones that work on humans.

Well yeah, but my principal concern has always been getting COVID from my wife or daughter and having this shit. That sounds like a good recipe for an ICU visit if you ask me.Further good news: wife and daughter just got tested at a clinic. Negative. We can probably hang out safely again.
