Worse than that, the “15%” figure comes from Newsmax quoting Rumble’s CEO, no word on how that “15%” figure was determined and no other party verifying it.

Maybe they’re employing professional statisticians to come up with those numbers. It is Donald Trump, after all aka Mr. Hard Data
