And she KEEPS EATING!!!
Please. Any night a roach, a mouse or a rat doesn't run through the dining area is probably cause for relief for most restaurants.
Swing and a miss.
Most restaurants—that is to say every one I've ever worked for—were absolutely hardcore about shit like this. One surprise visit from the health inspector can shut them down for weeks.
Yeah, but you only work in hoity toity places

Oh no. Not all of them. Not by far.

Okay, a funny video but I am not sure it is real.
Why would someone have a camera on them while they were eating? And it looks stationary,

They can be as hardcore as they like; restaurants vary when it comes to eliminating insects and rodentry from the premises, some are good, some bad. But it is not possible to keep undesirable animal life from invading in the first place. There are too many ways for them to get in.
One time in my house I put a roach with an egg sac sticking out of its butt into a glass jar; wanted to see what came out. A few hours later there were 21 young in the jar. The exterminator told me that if you see one roach in your house, it means you've already got an infestation problem.
If that woman saw a roach, that restauant had a problem.

If she hit someone with that boob, which it be considered assault with a deadly weapon?
At least an ugly weapon.
