Less refrigeration, etc. Better logistics with only one shot required. If you are trying to reach nomadic people without modern day communication devices, a one shot vaccine is a good thing.

Problem with Africa is that there are so few in-roads. Literally. And little money and stability for them to exist.
Nice thing is, though, fix that, and you fix a lot of problems besides just COVID.
