Six months ago if jolly had told you the government was planning to track all bank accounts with more than 600 bucks in it you'd have scoffed at that too, but here we are...
I'm fairly sure Jolly isn't actually predicting this.
I'm also fairly confident that the mustachioed chap in the article would like everybody to invest in precious metals, and that if we did so it would benefit him enormously.

No, no, that's just a coincidence.

It all sounds suspiciously like 2008 to me.

Here's what I am predicting, especially for America...The PTB really want the underground economy to go away. They seriously want to track money and tax all transactions. That's why they want to balloon the IRS and track even miniscule bank accounts. This will continue.
Not a prediction, but a theory...I think the Biden Administration knows the only way to even come close to keeping the debt below crisis levels with their economic plans, is to enhance inflation enough to make the debt smaller in terms of constant dollars. I think they got caught with their drawers down, when the economy didn't come bouncing back. They did too good of a job scaring the shit out of people and now they have a problem explaining break-through cases, after assuring everyone life would be hunky-dory, post-jab.

That website you linked to also seems quite keen on scaring the shit out of people too.
In the comments section:
No one’s asking “can (((they))) control the vaxx’ed via electronic waves ( or whatever ?)”
There's a reason that nobody's asking that, of course.

I think the goldbugs always keep up the skeer. It's good for business.
Might want to chew on what I said, though. Thinking won't hurt you...

I'm not disagreeing with what you said - the debt has been ridiculously high for a long time, and nobody from either party seems genuinely interested in reducing it.
I'd also say it's clear that inflation is going to increase, and that the current vaccines aren't going to get rid of Covid. It seems unlikely that any new and improved future vaccines will eradicate it either, since a good portion of the country are unwilling to take them.

There is always someone predicting an economic collapse. Helps them sell (books, gold, newsletters, etc). Saying things are going well, no worries will not make them money.
for example:
"Economist Ravi Batra reached the number one on The New York Times Best Seller List in 1987 thanks to his book The Great Depression of 1990. From the title, one can easily infer what was the main thesis of the book, namely: An economic crisis is imminent, and it will be a tough one."
How did that work out? LOL
Another one
Financial commentator Peter Schiff became famous in the aftermath of the 2007-2008 Financial Crisis for having foreseen the housing crash back in 2006 (even a broken clock is right twice a day). Since then, he has been predicting economic catastrophes every other day, with very limited success. There are many examples of failed predictions from which to draw upon. For instance, in a 2010 video , Schiff foretold that Quantitative Easing (the unconventional monetary policy undertaken by the Fed between 2008 and 2014) would result in hyperinflation and the eventual destruction of the Dollar. Unfortunately for Schiff, the average inflation rate per year since the onset of QE has been 1.68%, slightly below the 2% target of the Fed.

Because it’s literally the same guy. Peter Schiff.
The funny thing was he even lost money in 2008 when the shit actually hit the fan, because it didn’t hit the fan in the precise way he predicted and placed major bets on. I had so much fun with that, mostly on WTF but probably some here too.
The downside was that Bongwater Q Liberalstein (remember him?) left the fora right after that out of embarrassment for having gone along with him.
Moral of the story: if you think the SHTF is coming, just short the S&P, don’t get too precise about the order in which the blades will touch their first piece.
