I didn't have any thawed breasts, so I'm using thighs. Will it work?

Whole or boneless/skinless? Thigh skin is thicker than breast, and thighs take a bit longer to cook anyway. I prefer them for the most part.

Big fan of breasts and thighs. Have been since puberty.
Only ever had them bone-in skin-on but now you have me curious.

Have you tried pounding? So much more tender afterwards.
