Uninspired Nomenclature

Are you one of those people who wonders what the names of things are? The names of things that nobody seems to know? Like banana strings? You know they're probably called something exotic, but you don't know what.
I am.
All my life I have wondered what these things are called:
(I know; hella use for the brain nature gave me, but there it is.)
I finally decided to put my raging curiosity to rest and find out what they're called.
Boy, was I disappointed.
They're called "bag clips".
Brother.
