Talked about infinity, I remember that it baffled me a while when I learned that the algebraic numbers form just 0% of the real numbers, especially since it's hard to name more than two non-algebraic numbers.

Association Of Nihilists Release Statement Supporting Black Lives Matter While Maintaining Nothing Really Matters In The End
BILLINGS, MT—The Association of Nihilists released a statement in support of the Black Lives Matter protests while maintaining their stance that everything is meaningless and nothing really matters in the end. TAON president Marty Hamer says that his organization feels that all races, genders, and ethnicities matter equally—that is to say not at all.
Hamer asked that his statement "All lives don't matter" not be confused with the far more racist sentiment "All lives matter." "Our position is the complete opposite of all lives matter. Our position is that black lives matter, sure, but also no lives matter," Hamer clarified.
When asked if he felt his statement had any meaning, Hamer answered, "Of course not."

@mark said in Nihilist Meme of the Day:
The boy is thinking "that looks just like that thing aunt Martha was trying to kill that time I walked in on her right after she got out of the shower"

From the book Everything Is F#cked by Mark Manson:
If I worked at Starbucks, instead of writing people's names on their coffee cup, I'd write the following:
One day, you and everyone you love will die. And beyond a small group of people for an extremely brief period of time, little of what you say or do will ever matter. This is the Uncomfortable Truth of life. And everything you think or do is but an elaborate avoidance of it. We are inconsequential cosmic dust, bumping and milling about on a tiny blue speck. We imagine our own importance. We invent our purpose -- we are nothing.
Enjoy your fucking coffee.
