Thank goodness, Scotch is a "clear liquid."

A "clear liquid" is something you can see through.
Coffee (no cream), Gatorade, tea, soft drinks, all qualify.
It's been a long day, and it's going to be a longer night. I'll be glad to have it all "behind" me....

You could just poop in the box, y’know.

I'd forgotten how unpleasant a bowel prep is.
Gummy bears qualify as clear liquid as well, since they're dissolved when you swallow them, right?
Man's gotta have his calories!

Yeh, that was fun...
They always say, "The prep is the worst part."
I'd forgotten how unpleasant it is.
This prep was different:
- Clear liquids the day before
- Start the liquid prep between 4-6 PM the day before
- Finish the prep 6 HOURS before your arrival. Mine was 7:30 AM, so, up at 1 AM and drink this shit, and crap away for two hours. Get back to sleep at 3:30, when you have to leave at 6:30? Nope, not gonna happen.
But, everything went well. Propofol is amazing (my 2nd time with it). Diverticulosis throughout my colon, and 6 polyps that look benign, but sent off to pathology.
I'm rehydrating with moar Scotch tonight. So far, it's going pretty damn well.

They said I had some diverticulosis too, which is odd because I have the digestive system that is the envy of a goat.
