One of the things I like about country music is that many of the songs tell a story. It's hard to tell a story in three minutes twenty seconds, but when it works, it can be an incredible experience.
One of the best stories ever told through a song was by Brooks & Dunn. Listen to the words. Notice how the melody just flows with the telling of the story. One of my all time favorite songs.
