The Ignorant
-
I was reading a statement the other day, where the person said The only place I have ever hear that Covid patients are overwhelming hospitals is on social media
And of course, several commented that according to various stats, hospitals had plenty of beds. Or that if EDs were crowded, the hospital could just hire more people. Or, hospitals could always temporarily park people in hallways. Or, why don't they just move nurses where they need them in the hospital? And it should be first come, first served in the ED, as triage is overused.
Is this just willful ignorance or head-banging stupidity?
