        1. Didn't the the CIA and the US military verified that the Afghans don't have a child bride before enlisting their help with the promise of relocating them and their families to the US? Maybe you want the US government to add a rule to never enlist intelligence help from those who do not conform to US family and US interpersonal relationship norms?

        2. Not that hard to deal with in the US either, just let social services and the family court system take care of the underaged "brides" according to state laws once in the US and be done with it.
